Submission of a Permit Application
1. On your behalf, our staff will submit all required paperwork and accompanying documentation.
2. Document Review & Committee Approval
3. The Film, Video, and Digital Media Committee will assess and decide on advertisements, documentaries, music videos, and general TV shows within three business days after receiving full and accurate papers.
5–10 business days for dramas, series, reality programs, short films, feature films, and films with delicate subject matter.
4. Our staff will be informed if any information is missing or inaccurate, and the required changes will be made right away.
5. Cooperation with Governmental Organizations
- In order to guarantee efficient processing of: Visa issuance (Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate), we also collaborate with the appropriate authorities.
- Department of Employment work permits
- Extending stays (Immigration Bureau)

Documents Needed
- A letter to the Director-General of the Department of Tourism from Overgrown Productions. (as your local coordinator)
- A formal letter of assignment from the overseas production attesting to our position as local coordinator.
